Dr. Fred Aminzadeh addressed the South Coast AQMD symposium on the use of hydraulic fracturing in California. Speakers and Participants in the symposium included academic, governmental, industry, environmental groups and the General public. Dr. Aminzadeh focused on the induced seismicity aspects of hydraulic fracturing and highlighted USC’s ISC. Prof. Ershaghi of USC also gave an overview talk on hydraulic fracturing and shale reservoirs in California.
